Terms and Conditions apply only to ticket purchases made on our website. Any reference to 'Website' is to a Website owned and operated by Scotts of Southend. 'We, Us, Our, Ourselves' means Farmer Scott’s. 'You, Your, Yourself' means the person who uses the Website.
Your event ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the event. Full details are available on the event website or at the garden centre.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Farmer Scott’s Tulip Fields you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ticket Policy
All tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or rescheduled.
Arrival Times
Please arrive within the time slot that you have booked. Visitors must stick to their allocated session time to help manage visitor numbers and ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.
Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to amend, change, or remove sessions, opening times, or event features where necessary. This may be due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations, or circumstances outside of our control.
Cancellations
The organisers reserve the right to cancel sessions or close the event at short notice if required. This may include situations such as severe weather, unsafe ground conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Outdoor Event
This is an outdoor countryside event held in a working field environment. Ground conditions may vary and may become muddy in wet weather. Visitors attend at their own risk and should wear suitable footwear.
Behaviour and Conduct
Visitors must follow all instructions given by staff. Anyone found damaging tulips, entering restricted areas, or behaving in a way that may cause damage to the flowers, the site, or other visitors will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Pick Your Own Policy
Tulips may only be picked within the designated picking area. Visitors must bring their own secateurs. Any flowers picked must be paid for at the kiosk before leaving the picking area.
Pets
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets.
By attending Farmer Scott’s Tulip Fields you agree to follow these terms to help protect the flowers and ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
· We have a large car park and attendants to help you, Farmer Scott’s will not be liable for any damage or theft that may occur.
· Parental supervision must be taking place at all time at all locations of the site
No alcohol is permitted on site
Tickets purchased on Our website or websites owned and/or managed by Us may be subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable handling charge.
Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by Us.
We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
For information about any purchase You have made, contact us, quoting Your order number shown on Your order confirmation.
It is Your responsibility to check Your event tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Terms and Conditions
By booking access to our tulip field, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our online booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received.
You may book multiple consecutive hours if you require a longer session.
2. Access Times and Entry
Access to the tulip field is permitted only during your booked time slot.
Your entire group should arrive together. A member of our team will meet you at the gate at the start of your session and secure the gate again at the end.
Please only text the contact number once your group is ready to enter.
Sessions cannot be extended if you arrive late.
3. Number of People
A maximum of 10 people per booking is permitted.
This includes photographers, assistants, clients, models and spectators.
4. Field Rules
Please respect the tulip field and surrounding property at all times.
Tulips must not be picked, cut or intentionally damaged. Any deliberate damage may result in additional charges.
All litter must be taken away with you.
Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.
No BBQs or open fires are permitted on site.
Toilets are available onsite.
All food and drinks must be brought with you.
5. Animals
Equines and pets are welcome but must remain under control at all times.
Horses must only be walked on the designated paths and not between the tulip rows.
Tulips are toxic to horses if eaten, so please ensure animals do not graze or consume any plants.
Horses must be handled by a competent and experienced person.
You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by animals brought onto the property.
6. Drones
Drone photography is permitted. Operators must follow all UK regulations and operate drones safely.
7. Photographer Insurance
Professional photographers are strongly advised to hold valid Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £1,000,000.
Proof of insurance may be requested.
The photographer is responsible for the conduct and safety of their clients, assistants and any animals brought onto the property.
8. Conduct
Anyone who does not follow these rules, or whose behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate, may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
9. Liability
All visitors enter the property at their own risk.
We accept no responsibility for injury to persons, loss or damage to personal belongings or photography equipment, or accidents that occur on the property.
You are responsible for the safety and conduct of all members of your group.
10. Weather
The tulip field is an outdoor location and bookings will proceed in most weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe ground conditions, we reserve the right to close the field or reschedule bookings where possible.
11. Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and take responsibility for all members of your group.
While We try and ensure that all prices on Our website are accurate, errors may occur. If We discover an error in the price of event tickets that You have ordered, We will inform You as soon as possible and give You the option of reconfirming Your order at the correct price (and credit or debit Your account as applicable) or cancelling Your order. If we are unable to contact You, You agree that We may treat the order as cancelled. If You choose to cancel after You have already paid the incorrect ticket price for the tickets, You will receive a full refund from Us.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by Us for a variety of reasons. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered sessions at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to their face value.
Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable .
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with Us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
