These terms and conditions and the Website Disclaimers apply to use of websites owned and/or operated by Farmer Scott’s. By accessing this Website and/or placing an order You agree to be bound by both these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Website Disclaimers. Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully and then print a copy for future reference.

If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Website Disclaimers, You may not want to purchase a ticket to this event.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking changes and DigiTickets accounts

  1. Customers who wish to retain the option to change their booking must create a DigiTickets account before completing checkout.
  2. Customers who create an account before checkout may manage and request changes to their booking through DigiTickets until 12 hours before the booked session begins.
  3. All booking changes are subject to availability. Scott’s cannot guarantee that an alternative date, time or session will be available.
  4. A £1.50 amendment fee will apply each time a booking is changed.
  5. No booking changes can be made within 12 hours of the booked session.
  6. Customers who complete checkout without creating a DigiTickets account will not be able to manage or change their booking themselves. Any request for assistance from the Scott’s team will be considered at our discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
  7. A DigiTickets account cannot be created after checkout for the purpose of retrospectively unlocking the self-service booking-change facility.
  8. Failure to create an account, an unavailable alternative session or an inability to change a booking will not entitle the customer to a refund.
  9. Customers are responsible for checking the event, location, date, session time and ticket quantities before completing their purchase.

By purchasing a ticket for Farmer Scott’s Pumpkin Patch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Tickets and admission

1.1 Tickets are valid only for the event date and arrival time stated on the booking confirmation.

1.2 All visitors must present a valid DigiTicket on arrival. Tickets may be displayed on a mobile device or presented as a printed copy.

1.3 Entry is subject to ticket availability and venue capacity. Purchasing a ticket does not give the holder priority over visitors who arrive within an earlier booked time.

1.4 Visitors should arrive within their selected arrival time. Late admission cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or after the final admission time.

1.5 Last admission is at 4pm and the event closes at 5pm. Visitors arriving late will not be given additional time after the published closing time.

1.6 Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain. Tickets found to have been resold may be cancelled without a refund.

1.7 Farmer Scott’s reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any visitor whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or likely to affect the enjoyment or safety of others. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

  1. Children and supervision

2.1 Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult aged 18 or over throughout their visit.

2.2 Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times.

2.3 Babies in arms may enter free of charge and do not require an admission ticket.

2.4 Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety, behaviour and supervision of children in their care.

  1. Carers and accessibility

3.1 One carer may be admitted free of charge when accompanying a visitor who has purchased a valid admission ticket and requires support during their visit.

3.2 Proof of eligibility, such as appropriate identification or supporting documentation, may be requested on arrival.

3.3 The event takes place on a working farm. Surfaces may include grass, soil, gravel and uneven ground. Wet weather may make some areas muddy or more difficult to access.

3.4 Visitors with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact Farmer Scott’s before booking if they require further information about the site.

  1. Pumpkins and additional purchases

4.1 Pumpkins are not included with general admission unless expressly stated as part of a specific ticket or promotion.

4.2 Pumpkins are available to purchase separately, with prices varying according to size, type and availability.

4.3 The availability, size, colour and variety of pumpkins cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the harvest and seasonal growing conditions.

4.4 The Apple Cannon, trucker hat customisation, hair braiding, food, drinks, merchandise and other selected activities are not included with general admission and are charged separately.

4.5 Additional activities and trader services are subject to availability and may not operate on every event date.

4.6 Individual traders are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, allergen information and payment arrangements.

  1. Weather and outdoor conditions

5.1 Farmer Scott’s Pumpkin Patch is primarily an outdoor farm event and will usually continue during rain or poor weather.

5.2 Visitors are responsible for checking the weather forecast and wearing appropriate clothing and footwear.

5.3 Paths, fields and parking areas may become wet, muddy, slippery or uneven. Visitors enter these areas at their own risk and must follow all safety signs and staff instructions.

5.4 Certain attractions, activities or areas may be altered, temporarily suspended or closed due to weather, ground conditions, crop conditions, safety concerns or circumstances outside Farmer Scott’s control.

5.5 The closure or unavailability of an individual attraction, activity, trader or area will not normally entitle the ticket holder to a full or partial refund.

  1. Changes, cancellations and refunds

6.1 Tickets are non-refundable unless Farmer Scott’s cancels the event and does not offer a suitable alternative date.

6.2 Visitors who decide not to attend because of personal circumstances, travel disruption or weather will not automatically be entitled to a refund.

6.3 Requests to change a booking must be made before the booked visit and are subject to availability. An amendment cannot be guaranteed.

6.4 If the event is cancelled by Farmer Scott’s, ticket holders will be contacted using the details supplied at the time of booking and will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the ticket’s face value.

6.5 Booking fees, protection fees or charges applied by the ticketing provider may be subject to separate refund conditions.

6.6 Farmer Scott’s reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event’s layout, activities, entertainment, traders, opening arrangements or advertised offering where necessary.

  1. Dogs and animals

7.1 Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on a short, non-retractable lead and under the control of a responsible adult.

7.2 Dogs must not enter restricted areas, disturb livestock, damage crops or approach other visitors without permission.

7.3 Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste responsibly.

7.4 Dogs must not be left unattended or inside parked vehicles.

7.5 Farmer Scott’s reserves the right to ask for any dog to be removed if its behaviour causes a safety, welfare or disruption concern.

7.6 Assistance dogs are welcome throughout all publicly accessible areas, subject to any essential livestock safety restrictions.

  1. Safety and visitor conduct

8.1 Visitors must follow all signs, barriers and instructions provided by Farmer Scott’s staff, security personnel and activity operators.

8.2 Visitors must not climb on displays, fences, machinery, props, hay bales or farm equipment unless an area is clearly marked as an interactive attraction.

8.3 Children must not use paid or interactive activities without appropriate adult supervision.

8.4 Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.

8.5 Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons and dangerous items must not be brought onto the site.

8.6 Anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving aggressively or placing themselves or others at risk may be refused admission or removed without a refund.

8.7 Farmer Scott’s is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings unless caused by its negligence.

8.8 Visitors use the car park at their own risk. Vehicles and belongings should be secured, and valuables should not be left visible.

  1. Food allergies

9.1 Food and drink are supplied by independent traders and vendors.

9.2 Visitors with allergies or dietary requirements must speak directly to the relevant trader before purchasing or consuming any product.

9.3 Farmer Scott’s cannot guarantee that food preparation areas are completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

  1. Photography and filming

10.1 Photography and filming for personal use are welcome.

10.2 Visitors must be considerate of others and must not photograph or film other visitors, particularly children, without permission.

10.3 Commercial photography, professional filming, promotional shoots and the use of drones require prior written permission.

10.4 Farmer Scott’s may take photographs or film footage during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. Where practical, notices will be displayed, and visitors may speak to a member of staff if they do not wish to be included.

  1. Force majeure

11.1 Farmer Scott’s will not be responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include extreme weather, flooding, fire, crop failure, power failure, government restrictions, public health incidents, transport disruption or emergency service instructions.

11.2 Where possible, Farmer Scott’s will provide affected customers with information and reasonable alternative arrangements.

  1. General information

12.1 Event information was correct at the time of publication but may be updated where operationally necessary.

12.2 The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that everyone included in the booking has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

12.3 These terms do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

12.4 Farmer Scott’s reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when reasonably necessary. The terms applying to a booking will be those published at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law or for essential safety reasons.
